Northern branch

This branch of the Victorian Cake Decorating Society Inc started in Preston in February 2003. Our branch has been meeting at the Watsonia Library in Watsonia for several years now. We have a lot of new and talented members at this branch who look forward to sharing their ideas with all comers to this great location.
